Gaslight Inn Policies

GasLight Inn is a seasonal Inn open September 1st to May 31st.

  • "CHECK IN" is off back alley driveway in front of the Fountain.
  • There are 6 suites that are upstairs. (We have an elevator).
  • There are 4 suites/bedrooms downstairs (2 ADA).
  • "Check In" is from 3:00-8:00 pm. After hour check in must be approved by Inn Keeper prior to 6pm.
  • "Check Out" is at 12:00 pm (noon).
  • Please call 623-934-5466, if you will not be able to check in within 3 hours of your estimated time of arrival. Your reservation is subject to cancellation if you do not call or arrive within 3 hours of your estimated time of arrival or by 8 pm whichever is earlier.
  • Payment is to be made at "Check In" (less your deposit).
  • Gourmet breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00 am, Please sign up.
  • Well behaved children 6 years old and up please. Younger children only with prior approval.
  • Bed & Breakfasts are for adult travelers who are looking for a unique experience that has a quaint, quiet, serene environment where they can relax & enjoy themselves. Inn Keepers reserve the right to remove any guests that are loud or disorderly (without refunds) to preserve the rights of all our guests who are seeking serenity & peace.
  • Absolute Quiet Time at 11pm
  • We are not able to accommodate pets.
  • For your safety, GasLight Inn has a monitored Security System and Smoke Detector System in operation.
  • If you choose to smoke in your room; YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED $350.00 FOR CLEANING! DON'T DO IT!


Reservation, Deposit and Cancellation Policies


  • All rates are based on single or double occupancy.
  • To guarantee your stay we require a minimum two night plus tax, non refundable deposit. Your remaining balance will be due at check in.
  • Additional occupancy is $40 per person per night. $50 on a "football weekend."
  • All rates are subject to Arizona State, County and City Sales Tax of 15.17%.
  • Minimum Stay requirements: There is a minimum two (2) night stay during Glitters and on weekends. Weekends are Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
  • Minimum Stay requirements during Bowl games: There is a minimum 3or 4 night stay during major bowl games or sporting events.  All bookings for Bowl games are non refundable and are charged at time of booking.
  • Innkeeper can accommodate one night stay at his/her discretion
  • All cancellations must be in writing!
  • Should you wish to cancel: We require a 5 day advance notice of cancellation for a partial refund. Refund is for deposits in excess of the two night minimum, non refundable fee and will be will be mailed.
  • If your cancellation is less that 5 days of planned arrival date, you will need to pay for your full reservation.
  • Please call 623-934-5466 if you are arriving late. Your reservation is subject to cancellation if you do not call or arrive within 3 hours of your estimated time of arrival.
  • If you have reserved multiple rooms, you must cancel any rooms you don't need 30 days in advance of your reservations or you will be charged for the full room rate for all rooms reserved.
  • Your Visa, American Express or Mastercard number is needed to confirm your reservation
  • We also request your name, address, email, home and cell phone numbers and estimated time of arrival.

Gift Certificate Policies:


  • Gift Certificates have no expiration unless stated on the certificate.
  • Gift Certificates must be presented to redeem.
  • All Gift Certificates will be billed immediately.
  • GasLight Inn gift certificates may only be used towards your room.
