Details of Your Stay
- We are a non-smoking Inn.
- There are 6 suites that are upstairs (approx. 25 steps, no elevator)
- There are 4 suites/bedrooms downstairs (2 ADA)
- "Check In" is from 3:00-9:00 pm. After hour check in must be approved by Inn Keeper prior to 6pm.
- "Check Out" is at 12:00 pm (noon).
- Please call 623-934-5466, if you will not be able to check in within 3 hours of your estimated time of arrival. Your reservation is subject to cancellation if you do not call or arrive with in 3 hours of your estimate time of arrival or by 9pm whichever is earlier.
- Payment is to be made at "Check In"(Less your deposit)
- Continental breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00 am.
- Well behaved children 6 years old and up please. Younger children with prior approval.
- Bed & Breakfasts' are for adult travelers are looking for a unique experience that has a quaint, quiet, siren environment where they can relax & enjoy themselves. Inn Keepers reserve the right to remove any guests that are loud or disorderly (without refunds) to preserve the rights of all our guests who are seeking serenity & peace.
- We are not able to accommodate pets.
- For your safety, GasLight Inn has a monitored Security System and Smoke Detector System in operation.
- If you choose to smoke in your room; YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED $350.00 FOR CLEANING! DON'T DO IT!
Reservation, Deposit and Cancellation Policies
- All rates are based on single or double occupancy.
- To guarantee your stay a deposit of $50.00 per room is required. Your balance at checkout may be paid cash or credit card
- Additional occupancy is $40 per person. $50 on a "football weekend."
- All rates are subject to Arizona State, County and City Sales Tax of 13.87%.
- Minimum Stay requirements: There is a minimum two (2) night stay during Glitters and on weekends. Weekends are Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
- Minimum Stay requirements during Bowl games: There is a minimum two (2) night stay during major bowl or sporting events.
- Innkeeper can accommodate one night stay at his/her discretion
- All cancellations must be in writing!
- Should you wish to cancel: We require a 5 day advance notice of cancellation for a full refund of your deposit.
- If your cancellation is less that 5 days of planned arrival date, you will lose your deposit.
- If you cancel on your arrival date or do not show up, your credit card will be charged for that nights stay and if you do not arrive within 3 hours of your estimated time your room will be given up to a new guest. Please call 623-934-5466 if you are arriving late. Your reservation is subject to cancellation if you do not call or arrive with in 3 hours of your estimate time of arrival.
- Your Visa, and Mastercard number is needed to confirm your reservation
